Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all contracts between Ezzy Swiss Chargers KLG ("Ezzy") and its customers. By placing an order you accept these conditions.

Enquiries and orders run by email. The contract is formed once Ezzy confirms your order in writing.

Every charger is a handmade one-off. Grain, tone and lightning pattern differ from piece to piece – that is the nature of every Ezzy and not a defect.

All prices are in Swiss francs, including statutory VAT. Payment is made in advance or by invoice. Delivery takes place only after full payment.

Ezzy usually delivers within 10 working days of payment. Any shipping costs are communicated before ordering. Risk passes to you when the goods are shipped.

Unused pieces can be returned within 14 days of receipt; you cover the return shipping. Otherwise the statutory warranty under Swiss law applies.

Ezzy is liable only for damage caused by intent or gross negligence. Swiss law applies; place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of Ezzy Swiss Chargers KLG.
